Founded by Lizeth Lopez-Avila, MBA, M.Ed., Founder & Principal Consultant, LLA Strategic Solutions brings together extensive leadership experience in business operations, organizational development, program design, human services, aging and disability services, workforce development, contracts, compliance, and community engagement.
Lizeth has led organizational restructuring, developed scalable workflows and performance systems, supported workforce development, managed contracts and compliance, and partnered with executive leaders and community stakeholders to strengthen service delivery and organizational growth. Her public-sector leadership has helped develop services for older adults, caregivers, and individuals living with disabilities.
